It is very small place. They have turtles at different ages. You can get free food to feed them and it is the only activity there. It should not take more than 30 minutes for visit.

It was an amazing experience to let the little baby turtles to the water during our trip to Cayo Largo. It was a great feeling of giving life and taking care of the Earth in simplest way.

Got to see babies, and even pet the big guys. Was an informative stop, great to see them being taken care of. Nice lil excursion 👍

If you get lucky, like me, you will see the turtles hatching. For a couple of pesos (think of it as a donation to saving the turtles) this is not to be missed. you are on a small Island and this is close by, please, please, please make time for it. The turtles thank you.

This was a surprise as I didn't know what to expect, pools were clean, the turtles seemed well cared for and the volunteer I spoke to was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. If you're visiting Cayo Largo, definitely worth a trip to support the centre and see and feed the little ones.

Small turtle preservation center with just 8 pools. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Fun to visit, but I wouldn't travel here just for this.

Volunteer run sea turtle hatchery and sanctuary. A truly moving experience. They harvest the eggs after the turtles nest and hatch them for safe release. They also raise a few to about 2 years to ensure a greater chance of survival.
