This is very near to Tiger circle, more or less a museum where Dr. T.M.A.Pai's memoirs are placed. Must visit if you are into modern history and want to know about educational reforms at the contemporary period.

The house belongs to Dr.T.M.A Pai, founder of Manipal group. Well maintained property, free entry. The place is self-explanatory. on the first floor you can see the surgical tools used by Dr.Pai and a variety of photographs depicting the history of Manipal. One time visit
