Wonder experience with nature and all things natural. The lights may or may not show themselves or dance for you. The natural surroundings and beauty in nature more than compensate.

Though you're not really that far from civilization unless you choose to be. We saw reindeer herds and crystal waters on a 3.5 mile day-hike in mid-October.

We hiked from abisko station to the lake called abisko jaures north most outlet in Abiskojåkka. It is an easy hike through the beautiful typically Swedish northern nature.

Hiking with beautiful scenery. Nature at it's best. Easy hiking with excellent areas to rest. The weather was of course perfect - sunshine and 22 degrees C. Sweden is beautiful!

Took two treks, up to the mountain (down with the cable car) and short one by the river (number 3 I think), saw few reindeer herds. Definitely want to come back!

The Park is peaceful, welcoming and wild. Hiking there is like hiking in wonderland, the plants, trees and wild life. The STF huts are just in place, not even scratch the harmony. One of the best backpacking places I've been in, highly recommended.
