My wife and I were delighted when we came here the weather was beautiful, early December and the beach was completely deserted, we had it all to ourselves. The atmosphere was wonderful, although I am sure at the height of the season it would be extremely busy

I love this place because the beach is sandy here and sea is very friendly. I would suggest to put more passage ways as very few they got are covered by the sand and almost invisible. Restaurant can improve it's menue aswell. It still not bad at all, highly recommended for crystal clear water quality.

It seems that every year we visit, there are improvements. For us, a big added feature was when a couple of years ago they added a beach buggy for wheelchair users. Overseen by the lifeguards, the buggy transports disabled visitors from the beach and into the sea for a swim, reversing the journey when they are done. This year there were two upgrades – the drive down to the parking was easier and they’d built a ramp to get wheelchair users from the car park to the beach. Some things don’t change. The sand there is wonderful. The sea in October is warm and there are a good number of little fish to be found by snorkelers – especially by the rocks at the east end of the bay. It’s a “blue flag” beach, so you know the quality of the seawater quality is good and it’s a safe place to bathe. We can’t wait to return and find out what more they can find to improve next.

Nice beach, calm water but I’m always appalled that businesses charge for sunbeds but don’t pick up rubbish. There are so many cigarette butts in the sand, that kids end up playing with - it’s gross. Shame because beach is beautiful. Local cafes poor and expensive - we got some cornetto-style ice creams which turned out weren’t frozen, and had soggy cones with runny, liquid ice cream. Had to throw them away
