Good morning, for my husband's birthday I bought some tickets. Unfortunately I didn't understand we had to book. There is no longer availability for '' man place '' both in the QC terme montebianco and pre saint didier. Is there anyone extremely nice who would like to cancel their booking on Sunday 30th or Monday 31st October? please thank you very much!!

The location is nice and the massage really good. The main issue is the price vs service offered. They kept the same pricing prior to Covid but half of the services are closed and the free health buffet has been replaced by a 2 or 3 course menu at extra cost. The Spa is also too crowded (knowing that they remove some services they should also adjust the number of entrance per day).

3 years have passed, covid, and distancing, the location remains fantastic but the flaws remain the same.
Now, as there are no more restrictions, the buffet open all day has not been restored, and there is no control over the noise of rude people who frequent the location thinking they are in Riccione or Rimini.
Above all, the use of cell phones inside the structure with continuous selfies of the participants, even filming those who are not there with them, violating the privacy of others, is inappropriate.
So fantastic location managed very badly.
The cost is excessive for what the structure actually guarantees.

I have been going every year since they opened but on this occasion they really disappointed me. Indisputable location but it stops there. 70 euros to have an entrance with a bathrobe and very uncomfortable and noisy slippers? Luckily I had brought my own. What relaxation? Very crowded and it was a Tuesday, there are no longer any free or paid events: before there was always something to do, a ritual in the sauna or Turkish bath. You can't dry your bathrobes anywhere and you stay wet in the cold all the time. People enter the tubs and saunas with their phones in their hands to take selfies all the time... Scandalous, they should ban it and you can also film other people and this goes against privacy.
The aperitif is ridiculous. I'm a vegetarian and I anticipated this upon entry. No problem they answer me, just say it in the room.... There were 2 of me, my sister and I, they gave us a tray with 4 glass jam jars which contained: 6 olives, 4 1.5cm pieces of cheese, 3 small pieces 4 cm of raw sausage, I don't remember why I was shocked in the quarter. I ate the olives and 2 pieces of cheese. I won't go there anymore, I'm sorry because over time I saw it expire but now it's too much, for the asking price it's right to give more.

I understand that COVID has royally screwed us all this year, but that is really no excuse to shaft your customers. On the website, they advertise that 90% of their facilities are open - this is grossly incorrect. The pools are open, yes, however, none of the saunas are open (and there are a LOT), none of the steam rooms are open, and various other rooms are also closed. This is understandable due to the pandemic, but tell me why customers are still made to pay €64 on entry for a spa where half the facilities are not operating? How is this fair? The least you could do is offer a discount for this as there was considerably less to do.

The staff aren’t particularly polite or welcoming, and I was initially coldly told to tie my hair up in the pools - okay, fair enough - then 20 mins later I was literally barked at by a member of staff for not having it tied ‘high enough’....are you serious? Meanwhile several men with long hair were not bothered by the staff about this. Got to love the casual sexism there.

The worst part of all this was the ‘aperitif’ which was offered at 17:00 upon our booking. We were starving and I was really looking forward to it, especially as bad food is difficult to find in Italy. What we were greeted with was the worst canteen style crap I’ve ever seen in my life. A dry tasteless bread roll with a stingy topping of cheese and tomato, another dry roll, and then glass jars filled with a tasteless black rice, a bulgur wheat salad that appeared to be one week old, dry parmesan pieces, and some meat (we were actually asked on entry if we had any allergies, we said no, but that we were vegetarian. I have no idea why they bother to ask people this when they serve the same garbage to every customer) which we had asked before sitting at our table if there was any (meat), our server said no? When we asked to replace it with more cheese we were looked at like we were mentally challenged. Not really the kind of shoddy food or service I’d expect for a €64 entry ticket.

They also provided me with two flip flops that were the completely wrong size. Again, kinda weird service for an expensive place.

Either reduce your price to fit the reduced facilities or do not open at all. And stop starving your customers too. Embarrassing service.

Arrived without having booked. We are rudely told that there is no room (not bad so far, we expected it given the period) but we are told and reiterated that booking is mandatory and that this is clearly specified on the site. We replied by saying that it was absolutely not written on the site, nor in the regulations (which we had already downloaded and viewed several times). They rudely repeated to us that we were in error and that even the prices charged could differ from what was indicated on the site (but it is legal that on the site it is written that the daily ticket costs 62 euros but then when entering the reservations for the following day it says 74 EUR??). In short, we left really angry at the rudeness of the staff at the reception who provided and reiterated information that was at least inaccurate; it would also be necessary to understand the difference in price compared to what is indicated on the site... in any case we won't be going back!

I have been going to these spas since they opened.
They were always spectacular until QC came along to handle them.
Nothing to say about the beautiful stone tubs, the saunas and the truly enchanting view.
The problems are:
1) no more events (during the day there were moments at certain times around the saunas where they made you try a thermal mud shampoo, they gave you the opportunity to do the "ventilated sauna, etc.); resulting in terrifying boredom.
2) no more buffets; Consequently, for lunch it is 30 euros per person, a lunch which I won't even waste time talking about.
3) crazy prices for just one day where you forget about relaxation because so many people come in and there is no surveillance, in fact no one moderates the volume.
4) resident discount no longer exists.
5) impossible to ask for information by telephone because no one answers or contacts you back.
6) kindness and goodness lead to happiness... not here because they have nothing kind about them, you bother them and at the reception they don't explain anything to you, they didn't even inform us that there would be an aperitif.
Everyone inside the facility was complaining.
We will be back when management changes!!!!

Unfortunately, QC spas in general have gotten a lot worse. For the price spent it is absolutely not worth it. Starting from the assumption that going on weekends is impossible in the sense that you can't relax. People speak calmly in a loud voice and it seems like they are at the acqua fun in Riccione.
Outdoor tubs full of foliage, water in my opinion not hot enough for the outside temperature, hydromassage buttons not working, foot bath tubs where the water didn't come out and the tub didn't fill.
Excuse me but if you ask for and get paid sums of a certain type, you must guarantee perfect treatment. I won't comment on the choice of lunch no longer included in the price, but a surcharge if you wanted to eat something.
The idea of a spa with a view of the mountains is very nice but, in my opinion, very badly managed and really a bit neglected. Such a pity.

Nice hotel and lovely spa, however they spoil it by having seemingly no limit on the number of people they let into the spa..... There was around 60 in the pool area the other day, we literally queued inside the pool for a bit of pool-wall space to lean on. At the prices they charge, its not unreasonable to expect some limit to the numbers.

Dear James, Thank you for your honest comment. We are sorry to hear that your day didn't meet your expectation. During the high season the turnout is undoubtedly greater, but the amount of entrances is managed in such a way that we can guarantee the well-being of our guests. We look forward to welcoming you again at QC Terme Pré Saint Didier. QC Terme Team

Unfortunately it was the worst experience I've ever had in a QC spa. Nice location but given that it is always in the shade and therefore very cold in winter you couldn't help but have the bathrobe heaters working and the outdoor tubs were lukewarm, not hot enough for the outside temperature. For what you pay, it is unacceptable that not even a single bathrobe warmer works in the entire center. Of all the outdoor pools, only one was very hot and in fact in the morning (when the whole center was in the shade) it was inaccessible due to the amount of people who were inside. Very crowded, people shouting and none of the staff intervened asking for silence (among other things, in my opinion there was less surveillance than in the other QCs). Mediocre aperitif compared to previous times, there was no indication of what was in the sofficini/focaccias, a boy next to me asked for the allergen book because he was allergic to some foods and it was not given to him.
Friendly reception staff, we were greeted by a certain Mattia, who was extremely courteous.
