Stand Up Paddle Boarding at venues across the North York Moors National Park Area (Whitby, Sandsend, Saltburn etc). We offer professional tuition and are an accredited school (Academy of Surf Instructors). We have very good local knowledge and our reviews tell the story of how fun, easy and accessible this activity is. We do SUP yoga, beginner lessons, paddle fitness and improver sessions. Come join us if you are on holiday or simply keen to try out this fast growing activity.

Going paddle boarding on the hottest day since records began was always going to be a good bet, but this session totally exceeded all our expectations. Simon was the most fantastic and relaxed coach, letting us have loads of fun, try new things and really encouraging us to push out of our comfort zones; as a result within an hour we were doing all kinds of cool tricks and feeling very confident on the boards, whilst enjoying the spectacular scenery (herons and jumping fish) as we glided down the Esk, 'falling' off regularly to keep cool. Paddle boarding is an amazing way to connect with the water, nature and your own self and can't recommend this experience with Simon enough, he was great fun to be with, very knowledgeable and kept us safe. We'll definitely be doing this again!

Fantastic introduction to SUP on the River Esk. Great small group, from Teenagers to us oldies in our mid fifties, expertly led by Alistair.
Nice wide, quality, stable boards and good wetsuits. We were all safely in the water and standing within 20 minutes. Even better, all returned safely, intact to the beautiful River Cafe Gardens within 2 hours.

A superb introduction to SUP from Simon and Matt. Took us all from absolute beginners to beginners with confidence. Very chilled out instructors made it a pleasure.uf you ate thinking of SUP, well worth having a lessons from these guys, you won't regret it

My children and neices joined Simon for an introduction to paddleboarding on the River Esk at Ruswarp. They all had a fabulous time and loved Simons company and guidance. By the end of the session they all could manage the paddle board with confidence and just had so much fun. Thanks Simon for an excellent session.

Spent a brilliant few hours on the river tees in Preston park … Simon was a fabulous host and instructor. From a bunch of nervous novices, we all soon managed to stand up and perform some tricks!

Had an amazing evening paddle boarding with Simon and his team at Preston Park. Had a 10, 12 year old and me (mum). We all stood up in about 15 minutes.
Was such a fun evening. We all enjoyed it. Looking forward to doing it again soon.

We absolutely loved our intro to SUP lesson with Anita. Amazing location and such a fabulous teacher. She's a complete people person and shared some really useful tips. I'd definitely recommend her and the company

A fantastic day. We paddled through beautiful scenery and saw plenty of wildlife. We stopped and had a lovely, relaxing rest and nibbles and then paddled back for some fun in the river. Simon was a great instructor and we all would highly recommend the experience. Thank you.

Booked for our youngest daughters birthday. What a brilliant experience. Met by our instructor Anita who was amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Took us through the basics on land first as we are all beginners then on to the water. Made us feel at ease all the way through and we had a really good laugh too. Would absolutely recommend this company if new to paddle boarding and just want to try it out. Daughter absolutely loved it - will be a birthday all of us will remember.
