About
We are a family run farm park and we host alpaca walking and sheep activities. Why not come and walk alpacas with us in beautiful Devon? We have some cute Swiss Valais Blacknose Sheep - they look like teddy bears! When we have lambs you are welcome to help bottle feed! You don't need to book to visit the farm park but you need to book online for alpaca walking. The experience activity includes a safety demonstration, group walk and hand feeding other animals. We can provide refreshments for humans too! WE ARE OPEN WEEKENDS AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS. Please visit our website for details.

    Just amazing 🦙
Visited today after lots of recommendations from friends. I was a bit worried at how challenging the walk would be as my dad was 86 and the recent snow fall had made the ground quite slippery but I need not have worried. The alpacas were delightful and the walk was at a nice gentle pace, my dad and daughter loved every minute. We will be back in the summer for another walk as we loved it so much. All the staff were pleasant and encouraging and clearly love their jobs. Small cafe onsite for snacks and drinks.

    So much fun!
It was a great experience and well worth the money. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Our car got stuck on ice and staff helped us get out. The alpacas were super tame and really pleasant to walk. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

    Lovely visit
We really enjoyed our visit with a sixteen month old baby. He was made so welcome. Kind and knowledgeable staff. But the animals were the stars of the show - friendly, gentle and clearly lovingly looked after. We will come back as the baby grows and we look forward to seeing the beautiful baby goats grow too!

    Small and perfectly formed.
Such a lovely place. Loads of animals to feed and stroke. Food was food value and good quality. The walk with the alpacas was wonderful. I wish I’d come across this place years ago. Easily spend 3-4 hours here - including the Alpaca walk.

Happy day out with 3 little granddaughters
We had a great day at Woolley Animals on Good Friday. The animals were really well looked after and all the staff very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely lunch from the little cafe and the 3 girls aged 6, 4 and 3 really had a great time as did their Granny! We were able to feed all the animals and hold chicks, guinea pigs and lambs, this was very well organised and fun. Lots of hand washing stations making it very easy too. A big shout out for Billy who is absolutely charming and a terrific asset to this brilliant and good value for money local attraction. We all look forward to returning again in the summer holidays, thank you for a very memorable day.

Fantastic day out for family with young kids
We brought our children aged 9, 7 and 4. We thought might spend an hour or two, but ended up spending the whole day! There were demonstrations & hands-on activities happening regularly throughout the day, and our children loved (several!) opportunities to handle guinea pigs and lambs, and stroke the dogs, ponies, goats and llamas. The animals were really friendly and seemed really well cared for. Everything was included in the extremely reasonable ticket price of £4 (apart from animal feed which was only 50p per bag, and tractor rides which we didn't do). When lots of things are very expensive, we really appreciated the really reasonable price (especially as there were 5 of us). We ended up spending more in the cafe as a result. A really enjoyable day - highly recommended, especially if you have kids that enjoy spending time with animals.

    Excellent place to visit
We have visited Woolley Animals Farm Park three times since October 2022 and every time has been an amazing experience. The staff are very friendly, always polite and happy to help. This visit we got stuck in heavy traffic and when we rang them, they kindly gave us directions to help us make the alpaca walk in time. The alpaca walk is brilliant and the animals are so cuddly, calm and adorable, both my daughters (aged 6 and 12) fell in love with the alpacas. The food is quick, delicious and reasonably priced. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

This is a lovely small animal park, with alpacas, goats and other animals.

It is easy to find, being just off the main road, with plenty of parking.

It cost just £4 each to get in, with bags of food at 50p, and £2.50 for a tractor ride.

The Alpaca walking needs to be booked in advance, and is £25 per person. For children under 16 it is £30 to walk with an adult.

We had lots of fun feeding the alpacas, goats, sheep and miniature ponies. Watch out for the goats as they like to eat the brown paper bag that the food is in :D and clothes, and anything else that gets near them.

There is a lovely little cafe, with a limited choice, but more than enough for a quick snack, and also all nice tasty things suitable for a family and very reasonably priced. There is also plenty of cake and coffee and ice cream.
Drinks are brought to you, and food is easily collected from a nearby counter when your bleeper goes off.

There are several spectator events/talks during the day, to meet various animals. We watched "Meet the Dogs" which was funny and informative.

The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The animals are also friendly and love to be fed.

I highly recommend this for a family day out, all ages. My teenager 15, loved it as did my mother.

We even brought an Alpaca home with us (from the gift shop as couldn't fit a real one in the garden).

We will return there next Spring after my daughters birthday so that she can walk an Alpaca on her own.

We had a lovely afternoon, we went with another family we have children aged between 2 and 15 and they all enjoyed it.
Children loved feeding and holding the animals and also loved the dog show.
Shop/cafe was very reasonably priced.

We had a lovely day out at the farm park! My 2yr old absolutely loved how close you can get to the animals. The animals are very clearly cared for very well and loved by all the staff. The only downside was it was quite difficult being a single parent and ordering food and drink. I had to get a table then leave valuables and my son at the table to go and collect hot food from around the back. So maybe hot food could be brought out with hot drinks?

Overall, a lovely time and not costly!
