Fantastic Sunday lunch! Read about it reopening so went down and had lovely meal and roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings all home made and were lovely! Lots of veg dare I say too much for just two people. Meat lovely and tender and great staff x

having not played here for a few years (cant understand why not)
had the great privilege of teeing it up here
it is a great course fantastic layout also its moorland so it drains well
it must have one of the best finishing holes in the area
nice roomy clubhouse
staff are excellent
you really must give it a try

Excellent and challenging course, im off a 18 handicap and loved it, a bit hilly if you are a fat lad like me but buggies available in good weather

This is the fourth time we have visited South Moor for this competition and yet again we have had an amazing experience. The course is excellent and the organizers and volunteers from the club make the event fantastic. Thank you to everyone involved and for the club for putting on such a great event. The Greenkeepers also managed to keep the course in excellent condition despite horrendous weather. Many thanks to all.

We have played here a number of time Over the last year. Currently the course is in excellent condition at the moment and so are the greens. The pro shop is very well stocked. Staff and members are friendly and is definitely worth a visit.

Really enjoyed our visit to south moor, great greens for time of year. Will only get better as spring moves into summer.

Wanted to play here for a while and wasn't disappointed.
The pro shop is one of the very best I've seen on a course. Picked up a bargain trade in driver. The fella in The shop couldn't Have been more helpful.
The course itself is good. Quite challenging but some good opportunities to score well, except the 15th, dog leg, a real round destroyer. Take your time on this hole.
The members we met here were very friendly.
Had a big breakfast sandwich at the bar after the round, amazing.
Definitely going back.

Visited as we get disconnected green fees through our membership of a different club. The course was in good condition and the greens consistent, the only negative is the clubhouse. The bar could do with a lick of paint and some new wallpaper. The pro shop is excellent and very well stocked. All in all a good day was had and we will return

For any golfer at trip is a must. A great golfing challenge on a MacKenzie designed course. Great hospitality and a friendly welcome from all. Shot shaping is vital as is yardage control. Heathland layout to undulating greens. Check their website for the MacKenzie Masters order of merit events.
