must visit for all history and heritage lovers. Maintained with most care by the ASI. The ASI guides are knowledgeable. Interesting site to deliver lectures on conservation and preservation of Indian historical treasure.

Udaygiri caves are a groups of historical caves located around 40 minutes drive from Sanchi. Though does not seems to be heavily visited by tourist, worth the trip if time permits. Tourism board has made some really nice drawings at the site.
