Not a HUGE venue but it is packed with wonderful photos, artifacts and information about the History of this old Market Town

There were lots of facts and displays you could read and were enjoyable and fresh. They demonstrated outstanding commitment to finding out information. We liked it.

The Heritage Centre is found in the grounds of St Michaels church, just by the war memorial. The current exhibition, Voices of Aylsham is a fascinating insight to Aylsham's past, related by residents, recorded on CD. There's video too with loads of photos and video....More

Free exhibition explaining the local history - donations of £1 per person can be put into an old collection box. Worth a visit

The heitage centre is small but the exhibits are interesting and are locally focuses. Well worth a visit if you are in Aylsham.
