Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This plaza is at the end of the 'bulevar', or pedestrian walkway, which starts from the Plaza de Armas. It is also at the shore of the Ucayali River, which is very broad and quite scenic, both for the port lif and the natural setting. However, there are a few negative aspects. For one, the tower itself, though attractive at night with stained-glass images of Ucayali life, is a little uncared for, the clock doesn't even tell time. The place is crowded with street-sellers, religious fanatics and prostitutes in the evening and is not that safe. However, the view during the day is quite panoramic and shows a river port city in all its glory and decadence. Best to visit when there's sunlight.

Been coming and going to Pucallpa for years and you always have to watch what you do. This clock is close to the river and you get to see the activity of locals trading and selling. Really nice to watch.

A nice place to visit during the day. Not advisable at night if you are alone. It is an easy landmark to spot from downtown. While you are there you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables and fish from the boat on the riverfront.

The Plaza de Reloj is on the end of the public path that goes all the way from the Plaza in Pucallpa to the Rio Ucayali. The Plaza de Reloj has a beautiful view of the Rio Ucayali and below arrive many boats with their things to sell. Riverside farmers

Could be cleaner, and with more security. During the day you can see the river and the he port. At night there isnt much to see, but at least you can have a breath of fresh air.

Not really touristic, not sure it's an attraction and it's close to the public port which is a bit dirty! We had a tour on the Ucayali River but the view is not so nice, only banks with joineries.

The clock tower makes for a nice photo opportunity. Just be aware that it is is not in the best area of Pucallpa. Just a few blocks aways are some bad areas, so don't wander off.

There are not many places to visit in Pucallpa. Now city constructed pedestrian zone and in one end is Reloj Publico. You have nice view of river and you can visit nearby market. Reloj itself features pictures from Shipibo past and present. It is nice work.

The clock was a little old but it's a really nice clock even if it didn't gave the right time. The view over the river is really good from that point.
