Great shore excursion option. We were not in competition with the larger tours. Pickup was a bit chaotic, but we all found eachother and got off on time. Eva was a great guide - very pleasant and informative and made sure we all were on track without feeling pushed or rushed. I loved the sites chosen, especially the views from the fortress on the peak.

As well as seeing the promised sights, we learned much about the island. Who knew there are wild horses here! Friendly tour guide, accessible to all abilities and not too long.

Tour guide was knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Driver was excellent! We were lucky to not hit any lines and was given enough time to experience each place we visited

Do not trust Avalon. Very friendly until problems arose then were so awful. Over charging, safety issues, lying, ignoring. Ruined our holiday!

We did the Drogarati cave & Mehissani lake trip and we loved it, well organised and punctual. Our guide Maria was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our questions with a smile. Highly recommend this trip.

The bus ride was terrible. 5 people in our group were ill when we arrived at the beach. the diver was very rude and demanding, at one time he slammed the brakes so hard to avoid an accident 3 people fell out of the seats. At this point when he started up rocks were hitting the underside of the bus and the driver was definitely stressed about the noise. Booked a private shuttle, we booked a 12 passenger bus for the return and was less expensive and much more comfortable. 2 in our group returned on the bus and told the guide the other 10 would not return

Amazing places to visit. 100% worth the money and great photo opportunities. Much needed places to eat and drinks after the long steep stairs.

We had a wonderful tour of Assos village, the caves and a winery! I was initially skeptical because I normally don't like bus tours, but our guide, Katherine made the trip in Kelafonia one of our favorites of our cruise to italy and greece. Her English was excellent (she is British but has lived on the island for over 15 years) and she explained so much about the island. There were only 12 of us and we were the only people at the caves and the winery! I was so happy we booked with Avalon and not through the cruise. It was all very special. Nikko our driver also was great at navigating the curvy roads. I would definitely recommend Avalon travel in Kalafonia

The cave and underground lake were the best part of the tour. But everything took much longer to do than it should have because there was a bunch of groups from a Royal Caribbean cruise ship in port. We waited in line for one hour to see the underground lake. Crazy. So try to do the tour when a cruise ship is not in town.
