An entrance fee which is 50.00 per head is not so practical to me, I suggest they should lower the rate , since people tend to visit the place for a few minutes just to tour the whole house for about 30 minutes.

The place was declared a Heritage House. The house design looks modern for me. We paid P50 for entrance fee. There's really nothing much to do here. You can only stay outside the house and then take photo of the houses exterior and that's it....More

It's a house that someone recently built on the beach. For fifty pesos they let you walk up their steps and look out at the sea from their porch. This place takes 45 minutes to get to and takes about 10 minutes to see.
