長くて柔らかいアスパラガスをハウスの中で収穫し、炭火で炙って頂きました。
畑の中で育っているアスパラガスを見たのは初めてで、１日で10センチも伸びるという事も知りませんでした。
炙りたてのアスパラを塩コショウで美味しく頂きました。全てが新鮮な体験。
