Great place to walk or cycle with interesting history of the hospital and great views of the estuary. Use the cafes or book a BBQ location. Pay car parking but great value

This is a lovely place to visit. There is a wonderful exhibition about the history of the Royal Victoria Military hospital. Well presented informative and quite emotional at times to read some of the stories and accounts of the patients. Also some very positive stories....More

Sorry, not as far as I'm aware the gates are locked each evening. The nearest caravan park that I know of is in Warsash which is a few miles away.
