- mattcallisLeicestershire, United Kingdom284 contributionsGreat fun for allTook my grown up daughter to this today , it was such a fun time with educational matter thrown in , the maze is still growing so is currently 5/6 feet high, the map and puzzle provided is of good quality and the questions and information on the mammals you find on the numbered posts is excellent, diana the owner is most welcoming and friendly, she could not do enough to endure we had a good time. I would highly recommend this venue for an afternoon of adventure and laughs. With the current weather wellies would be a good idea to wear or like myself , some sturdy outdoor trainers. Dont miss out on this attraction.Visited July 2023Travelled with familyWritten 19 July 2023
- Kate S1 contributionFun filled challenge even for big kids like usFrom the minute we arrived (past the cows stood in the middle of the road, providing free entertainment) we were greeted with the friendliest staff possible. Charlie was very helpful at asking if we were up for a challenge and providing us with the difficult map. We were then shown the display board with examples of the signs to look for and how to mark them on our answer card. He made us feel very at ease ready for the fun to begin. We both loved searching for the questions and it sort of became a game within itself trying to find them quicker than each other. We completed it in just under 2 hours including a mid point toilet break. Charlie was stood at the exit waiting to congratulate us on completing it and for only getting 1 answer wrong GO US! we then chose to be big kids playing on the space hoppers laughing harder than I have in a long time. We posted our answers in the box and spoke to the owner at length about how we loved the experience. The lengths the owner and her fabulous team go to is incredible. It was our first time doing the maze this year and it is going to become a yearly tradition we had so much fun. I loved the theme and how it changes each year. We 100% recommend this as a day out with the added bonus of being able to go in and out of the maze all day once you have paid and got your hand stamped.Visited July 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 19 July 2023
- Anne JDerby, United Kingdom4 contributionsA great day out for all agesOur son and his family (wife, children 4 and 6) go every year and introduced us to it last year (2022). We loved it and we'll all certainly be going again this year and for the years to come. Some reviews have complained about the cost, but given the size of it and the time and effort spent in planning, planting and nurturing it every year, plus the quiz and excellent outdoor play area, we think it's very reasonable indeed for a whole stimulating day out. Not a screen in sight (not even with the teenagers we saw, who were having a wonderful time following the clues!) Everyone loving being in the open air with the quiz challenge, meeting friendly people at every turn, and it was managed well to avoid overcrowding. Children's playground was also screen- and plastic-free, made from natural materials and lots of fun. Very helpful and friendly staff, and carpark, good food to buy or picnic spaces if you bring your own, and toilets, all just across the road from the maze itself. Heartily recommend for a great family day out, but equally good for adults for a shorter visit. Bring pens for the quiz and a football for the playground!Visited September 2022Written 16 August 2023
- jw1983Leicester, United Kingdom567 contributionsGreat countryside activity. We visited here for the first time today after intending for some years now! Parking is plentiful and free. The cost is £9.95 for an adult to enter the maze and take part. There are also shops, a cafe, a garden centre with model village to have a look around and toilets. You are given a map of the maze and need to answer 12 questions as you go around. It took us about 1h15 to get around and then we entered the competition with the answers we have got on the way around. This years theme is endangered marine animals and the maze is designed as a giant sea turtle. This gets changed every year so we look forward to visiting another year for a different challenge!Visited August 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 20 August 2023

- Lucy PColchester, United Kingdom121 contributionsGreat activityGreat activity for families but have to say we saw a whole array of people there including older couples etc. there’s a lovely shopping and cafe area across the road with the toilets. The maze is well planned and well Maintained. However, a toilet in or next to Maze would be the only thing I’d add just because so many guests were young children and it’s a bit of Walk across the road if you have a child who is ‘bustin’ as they say. The maze is updated yearly so it’s a good repeat activity.Visited September 2023Travelled with familyWritten 1 September 2023

You could easily spend a full day here, the maze is huge so you can easily get disorientated and lost. Thankfully you’re given a map to help you, there’s also a helpful lady at the entrance who is willingly to take a picture and gives you helpful tips whilst you’re in the maze. Make sure you take a pen or pencil as they charge 25p each if not! Across from the maze, there’s a coffee shop/cafe, a model village, garden centre and small independent, antique shops. The model village is free of charge and there’s ample parking. They could potentially do with a zebra crossing from the maze to the cafe/garden centre, although it’s not massively busy, this place is very popular with family and small children. Overall, a great way to spend a Sunday with the family in the glorious sunshine.Visited August 2023Travelled with familyWritten 3 September 2023

- Sam ALeamington Spa, United Kingdom32 contributionsGreat family day outWell worth a visit. The corn maze was great and the teenagers loved having the map to find all the clues. Not at all crowded and plenty of space to walk around. Would say it is probably more suited to children from the age of 4 to 12 but my two still enjoyed it. You can spend as long as you want in the maze itself but we did whizz round. Lovely area outside the maze to sit and have a picnic and then some shops and a cafe across the road which were nice to have a wander around.Visited August 2023Travelled with familyWritten 28 September 2023

Me and 2 of my mates went to the maze in the early afternoon for a few hours. It was good fun we enjoyed using our minds to answer questions and getting lost now and then. And there was plenty of things to do for all ages.

Is there anyone to help if you. Get completely lost

You are given a map on arrival, and then briefed by a member of staff before you enter the giant maze. She will explain that all the paths lead to an open area (with pub tables), which has a Quick Exit sign if you need to get out quickly. So don't worry, you will get out even if you can't map read!!

Are all areas wheelchair friendly?
Bobby D
Leicester, UK42 contributions
Not 100% as it depends on the weather. The actual maze itself is packed mud and can get quite messy if it has recently rained. The paths are narrow in some places from previous experience but you should be able to squeeze through. You are also able to bypass the bridges as well if you have a pushchair or wheel chair. Always best to call before though to check its condition.
is the maze now closed till next year?

Thinking of taking my two kids here. They are 9 and 7. Do you have to pay for the extra activities? Or is this all included within the price. I see a family ticket is around £22.
Many thanks

It's all in with price, you park up (parking is free) and you go through a cabin which you pay your entrance fee then on the other side are the activities and benches for picnics then you can enter the maze when ever your ready. We loved it there, hope you have a fab time. X
