Nice park, lots of shady trees and picnic tables, the water was rather murky for the first 20 feet then much clearer. Bathroom was very clean. We had a lovely lunch and will definitely be back again.

First time to Holiday Beach, it wont be my last! The entire afternoon and evening there was just magical...between the Hawk Tower, the beach area and the boardwalk at sunset, my spirit renewed and happiness at a new level! The Hawk Tower brought so much...More

the best thing is that there are events like the hawk festival, but you can visit there at any time and have a good commune with nature.

My husband and I attended the annual Hawk Festival in mid-September. The conservation people gave very informative presentations about various hawks. They also had some hawks and an owl which was amazing. The view from the hawk observatory is spectacular. We could see swans off...More

I have loved this park for 20 years. Always beautiful for walks or bike rides with your family. Large grassed areas for football or baseball games with your kids. Bring a picnic! Love love love this park.

I know the water levels on Lake Erie are high this year, but the beach was very dirty and looked like they don't clean it at all. Certainly not like the beach in the photos we saw...plus the bacteria levels were quite high in the...More

Drove through deeply wooded park and stopped at Hawk Tower for a shotr climb and a good look at purple martins, swallows, many nesting swans and herons. Several different warblers flitting about the woods. Nice beach area and campground.

this is a gem for Amherstburg! Went to the Hawk Tower and took in the breathtaking view. Our dogs had a blast on their leashes exploring. It is so pretty in the fall with the vibrant colored leaves.

Hi there Melissa! Did not see any signs indicating that the area is horse friendly, nor is there anything listed on website. The beach that we found was quite small, definitely not expansive enough for a nice ride. It is... More

No. There is none at the Holiday Beach Conservation area. You have to go to Amherstburg town or Colchester or Harrow to find restaurants where you can have a meal.
