This was a brilliant experience. You learn to filet fish, do a rich fish stock to be used as base for gofio escaldado and Tuna Mitako. Also you know how to make a sardines spread! On top great tips and tricks to perfect your know-how....More

Good fun and learnt new recipes and skills. Antonio is friendly and approachable. We had a great time and would highly recommend. Will look at doing other courses here next time we return to lanzarote

Fantastic venue with everything extremely well organised. We had a very enjoyable morning learning some canarian cooking skills. Tapas, very tasty food that we can replicate when we are back home too. So always have memories if lanzarote. Antonio and vero are such a lovely...More
