In Hochfugen skiing area the snow is always great as the altitude is high and the sun is not hard on the snow. The skiing area is not big by itself but is connected to HochZillertal area and in that way not so small. Most...More

We skied and snowboard there for 4 days. Very good restaurants around! The quqlity of the snow was not great, but what can you expect in march.. we really loved it in Hochfugen and will come back!

We visited here in January, staying in nearby Camping Hell. Aside from the somewhat tortuous and long bus ride up the mountain, the skiing was really great. Wide open, well groomed pistes - easy skiing and plenty of scope for a few days fun.

Lifts are great, prices a little high for the day. Its better to buy a few day tickets. Slopes were groomed and clean. Restaurants very well situated on the mountain. Overall great.

Another visit to Hochfugen and a wonderful week's skiing that provides excellent facilities for all standards. Good T bar and chair lifts with the appropriate gondolas too so moving up and down is not a problem.
