Amazing place, we just came there with 2 campers, the water has amazing colors. We camped 4 nights and kited everyday. It's not a beginner place for kiteboarding, can be gusty and rocks on the shore.

Beautiful lake. Can’t wait till come back in the winter and see the bubbles. And hopefully spend more time here next time. We were just stopping on our way through. It was worth the stop.

We went out for May long weekend and had noticed the levels of the water were quite a bit down from previous year. Changes the beauty of it quite a bit. Also many vehicles/campers were down and on the lake bed which is not unusual.

Absolutely beautiful winter road trip . There is not many lakes like that one , and specially so close to the city . It sure is 3.5h drive but the roads were clear and the weather was just perfect for that . In the winter...More

The famous methane frozen bubbles are out go out and see them you wont be dissapointed!!! We went skating and hiking on a day trip! Roads were good and lake was crystal clear could see all the way down to the bottom!
