Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I stopped by this museum on the way back from the Salt Cathedral, and it was well worth the visit. It is a small museum, but filled with interesting artifacts. Most of the captions were in Spanish, but you don't necessarily need to read them to appreciate the museum.

What a terrible experience to call today the phone you have on the page because of an investigation I am doing on the tourist attractions of Zipaquirá and as a provider of tourist services, answered me an energized, high-minded and terribly rude lady who even threw the phone at me. If it's on the phone, I can't imagine taking a group there to be mistreated by this lady. Too bad they have such a despot person working in such an interesting place. I wish I received psychological treatment for impulse control.
