It is just a dirty pond. Not worth considering when deciding for the location for your trip. Myrtos beach is the real attraction in the area.

The lake itself is nice and looks fine, but not sensational. But the history and the way it is formed is rather special. Nice place for a cup of coffee while driving by or a dinner if you stay near.

Came here almost everyday to see the ducks and goose. It's a lovely and calm place to chill out. Don't forget to give the birds some bread :)

This little lake is a very pretty place to visit and always has a few ducks swimming around. There are a couple of benches to sit and relax and a restaurant next door. Take some time to just sit and take in the scenery.

Arrived here on our morning walk from Sámi. It was a pleasant and easy stroll. The lake is very pleasant and has benches you can sit and watch the fish from.

It's a pond, and not a good one. Calling it a lake is stretching it a bit. It is fascinating that the water that flows in and out of the pond has found its way across the island underground from Argostoli but that's it. Parts...More

Just a short wander from our hotel and in search of a taverna we found this lake ... really lovely setting. A small boy was fishing and just as we passed he reeled in a whoppa!
