A must see when you go visit Doi Suthep! Beautiful waterfalls, and not too busy of a location. You could take a red bus up to the waterfalls, but it would be uncomfortable all the way up to Doi Suthep.

What's the easiest way to reach the park from the Old City? Is it possible to rent a motor scooter or better to take a taxi?

Scooter is good fun. Go early in the morning just before sun rise. The waterfall on the way down is fantastic.

Sorry, I drove my own car as I always do on holiday. Hire cars are readily available and not too expensive
