Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Monkey Mania is a crazy place for younger children. Different areas for age levels but absolutely no one from the company supervising. Children were running everywhere with older children. in an area called Comfyland for children under 5. An experience that could omly remind one of ‘Lord of the Flies’. I don’t know who is responsible if a child injures themselves as no waver was signed on entry!

My kids had a fabulous time here today but unfortunately I didn't. The lady at the front desk was really grumpy and I just felt the mood was quite negative.

I approached another staff member about one of the toys not working and asked would she mind coming to have a look. She's seemed annoyed that I had asked and certainly wasn't concerned or apologetic that it was broken. I barley got two words out of her actually.

Unfortunately I purchased a membership on arrival. Not sure we'll be going back.

Disappointing.

Kids had fun but a lot of places dont charge for really young ones. 11 dollars for a one year old is too much. I found the staff un friendly too. Its like it hurts them to smile or something because they just don't do it. I am also tired of these play places not being cleaned properly. Kids play in these and they need to be of a high standard and this place is far from it. The amount of dust in between the mats in the under 5 section is crazy. I would hate to think what is under there if they lifted them.

1st and last visit.
Coffee was undrinkable. Kitchen closed.
Don't ask to bring in a coffee!
You will get your head ripped off.
Here's a thought.....train your staff how to make a coffee that is not stone cold as it happens all the time in other coffee shops!!

Amazing!!

Today I went to monkey mania & I was the first one there at just after 10am.
The whole place was dirty. Rubbish all over the grounds, toys/balls obviously not picked up from yesterday. I took my 3 year old to the toilet and they were filthy and stuck, I was about to vomit. The place is really run down, the lighting is terrible in the slide area. The place is extremely overrated and over priced! Yes u get a free drink which I got a coffee and it was cold! I have taken my son here quite a lot and I won't be returning.
Take your kids to lollipops in majura!

Play ground much better then Kids city. Adult food platers very nice. Drinks menu needs expending as NO Ice Coffee, worse still was the response from the staff "Do you know how to make one". Menu is over priced the drink below is a $6 milk shake. No other place chargers for Adults. No I don't want a free coffee.

Not worth it! Go to Kid City, instead. Rude staff and completely OVERPRICED. I had to pay for my teenagers who were shopping at DFO, at the time. What a waste. The food provided was ordinary and expensive. I'll never go again.

The kids really enjoy playing here but the cost is really high. The fact that they will not allow any outside food in also makes it very expensive as we all know kids like to snack. The food from the cafe is overpriced with no healthy options available. This is definitely a special treat outing

I think the entrance cost is quite high and really adds up quickly if you have more than one adult and child. They charge $4.00 per adult, and while you get a coffee for this, I don't know what else you're paying for. Also, if you want a particular type of coffee (such as decaf) they charge you extra. There are other indoor playgrounds around which don't charge an entrance fee for adults. I won't be visiting again, there are plenty of other activities in Canberra for kids that are less expensive or free.

I was just chilling when the staff opened a giant metal door and 20 cassowaries ran out and attacked all the babies. Then one picked up a pistol and shoot everyone else. I was the only survivor
