A great place for families in the Summer, with something for everyone. The building and its history is an attraction all of its own! Not really a place to visit in bad, cold weather or indeed out of season. This is a great day out...More

Our family (8 & 11 year olds) would highly recommend you visit! If you are lucky enough to be visiting the area, the castle is a must and has heaps of games for children to play which will occupy them for hours. The Chateau/Castle was...More

Chateau with a lot of history that has done a great job restoring this building. The atmosphere is very informal. There are lots of games inside and out that everyone seems to enjoy (even if they are just watching). An enjoyable afternoon

A last minute decision to visit as we had several hours to kill and an unsettled weather forecast. The renovated rooms were interesting but the various historical games inside and out made it all the more memorable. Great fun even for adults. The sunshine was...More

What a place, medieval games, great building and much much more. Kids (& adults) will love walking around the chateau, playing all the games, seeing the horses in the stables and enjoying the surrounding gardens. A perfect way to spend the day, just take a...More

We went here with our 7 and 11 year old and absolutely loved it. The whole place is filled with interactive games that are as much fun for adults as young kids. This place is small enough to feel accessible but large enough to warrant...More

Visited here with my family and friends whilst on holiday, there are games in every room of the castle as well as many outside so the adults can read the information while the kids play ( the games are also great fun for adults). We...More
