I loved the sense of humor that followed you around these gardens. Nicely set out and not too large, so walking was easy. Some parts lacked attention but overall was a nice outing. Thought $12 per person was a bit over the top for something...More

We visited the gardens on a gorgeous sunny day: 2 adults, 1 teenager from overseas and 2 preschoolers. A great place to take photos, plenty of ducks to feed, space for the kids to run, spots for the adults to sit and rest, a playground........More

An easy walk amongst beautifully kept water gardens. Interesting plants and features along the path, with an array of water birds. Great for a family picnic

We've driven through Ngatea hundreds of times and seen the sign for the gardens but never stopped so when it was my birthday I decided that's where I wanted to go. We turned up on a sunny Saturday morning not really sure what to expect....More
