Unfortunately this company charges £10 per person to rebook if you are unable to attend(for all reasons being if you had a heart attack, your child died etc). The staff on the call today, a co director im lef to believe by the name of David quoted was aggressive and the fee is not quite clear over the call as to what this goes towards possibly lost revenue but a few times he mentioned its 'just our fee'. We have been assured we can book again but no mention from David how, there is no email confirmation of cancellation and overall this appears to be a money making outfit through cancellations. As with the many other reviews some are positive but please read the negative reviews David over the phone aggressive as others have stated he possibly also thinks being aggressive will make us not rebook and challenge further id think again. In other reviews you can see that the responses have two directions passive aggressive and aggressive in response.
When questioned about an email contact he gave the same email for both media enquiries and complaints. When i mentioned the word media enquiries the man quickly got defensive however im not quite sure he wouldnt want the media to know about his company?
When i stated my wife may come he told me i have already verbally stated i cannot make it and i would be refused to sign the waiver.
We will rebook and update this review when i am recovered with further feedback all factual.

We are really sad that you have had to come to trip advisor to write your review as we are a very friendly family company who really care how our customers are treated.
Just like every other company who employ so many staff who have families we have to have rules and regulations and if a customer calls us direct on the morning to cancel their experience as you did (you stated you had creaked your neck) and wanted to cancel on the morning and make a free rebooking?
We run a very tight ship at Madrenaline and our health and safety is paramount, if you told us you were unfit (as you did) you wouldn't be covered by our insurance should anything had happened on the day, when challenged about your creaked neck you then said you were fine to come and your neck wouldn't be a problem, however you had called us to say you were unfit to come and wanted a free rebooking, the booking office clerk did offer you a new booking for only £10 per person, the normal cost is £29.50 per person, the £10 rebooking fee is to cover the lost revenue on the day and also the lost revenue of the new booking date, just like if you had purchased a theatre ticket or a football ticket you would be expected to pay a rebooking fee or some companies don't even allow a rebooking for no shows.
We make sure every customer is well looked after and has the full one hour experience that they have paid for, we go way beyond their expectations and make sure everyone leaves happy, however if you clearly state you are unfit to sign the waiver of liability and responsibility then we can not allow you to participate on the day.
You purchased your voucher through Buyagift and they clearly stated the terms and conditions as we did on your email confirmation which we do have a copy here that you received stating 14 days notice is needed for cancellations, however we do and have done for many a customer allowed rebookings for heart attacks and other ailments you have mentioned above which im sure you will agree is a lot worse that a creaked neck... Your wife was more than welcome to attend on the day however you did no mention this on the phone call as we always suggest that maybe someone else may take your place on the day.
As clearly stated on our terms and conditions you may be eligible for a rebooking by calling the booking office on 0345 4700 071 and if so a £10 per person rebooking fee is payable upon booking.
We also offer cancellation insurance should you be outside of the 14 days notice we require.
All above information is Factual and if you decide to rebook you can do so by calling the booking office.

Do not buy a voucher. I've had a terrible experience. I spoke to them last year and they said they run Zorbing every other week throughout the summer.
I then came to book and the headaches began. They are almost impossible to speak to/get an email response from. I've called about 8 times, left messages with no response. I've had 2 email responses and about 5 emails not responded to.
The issue is that they have limited weekends over the summer and won't issue a refund of the voucher based on the incorrect info I was given.

Aqua Zorbing is awesome!! Fantastic day right from the start, signing in was a smooth process and staff even accommodated us arriving early which was really kind and helpful. Everyone there was friendly and made the experience even more memorable. The activity itself is definitely for those who like a thrill, very fast. Honestly brilliant and nothing quite like it! We were chuffed with our photos taken and found the changing room to be clean and sizeable. Such an enjoyable day - Thank you MadRenaline!

Just got back from doing a weekend Segway adventure and absolutely loved it! I would definitely recommend it to anyone! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and make the experience so much more fun! I would recommend doing an afternoon weekend booking as you get the whole hour with your own Segway whilst the morning and weekday slots are bigger groups so you have to share and therefore do not get the full experience!

My family and I were looking for some fun activities to do in whilst in the Stoke area and found Madrenaline on the internet. The whole process from booking the activities to taking part were carried out in a friendly and proffessional way.
The segways were great fun and the laser clays got really competative and we're still talkin about it now!
A must do when in Stoke and we will certainly be back for more!

Having done a number of segway experiences, this was a little different with a larger "off-road" element to it. As a result it was very enjoyable despite it being a cold & very windy day.

This was the best family activity ! Teenage children laughed so much at my initial inability to grasp the Segway steering but, thanks to the fantastic friendly instructors , i was zipping through the trees with confidence in no time.
Full safety briefing given; protective clothing & helmets provided .It can be a bit chilly up in the hills so take your gloves!
Thanks also to Trisha who sorted out our booking 'glitch'-customer service at its best.
I recommend Madrenaline for Segway fun!

My wife and I tried a short run on a Segway in Las Vegas three years ago, and have wanted a "proper go" ever since. We booked this via Groupon. It was easy-peasy to book it on line.
We arrived early for our session, and manager Trish looked after us with freshly brewed coffees. There were ten people in our class.
We were knitted up in protective gear and given a short but very clear instruction / safety briefing by Ben.
Over the hour, we Segway'ed on five separate tracks:
1. A short slalom run for familiarity on flat ground
2,3. Two shortish cross-country track over bumpy ground (2 laps of each)
4. A longer cross country track (2 laps)
5. A long trip through trees, across open ground and back
Absolutely fantastic Segway experience. Great prices, great staff at the centre, and great equipment. None of the ten in our class fell off - so you'll probably be fine too!
Highly recommended centre, and great fun activity. We'll definitely do this again.

Its so lovely to hear from you Stephen and thank you so much for your lovely review, it was so great to meet you and your lovely wife at the venue last week and all had lots of stories to share and we had so much fun on the Segways.
I hope all your photographs I took came out okay as I had quite a handful of phones/cameras so sure I probably took pictures of other people having fun as well on everyone's devices.
We look forward to seeing you both again in the near future for our other fun activities at the venue. - Trisha :-)

I’m looking at purchasing the Segway as a gift, when it talks about relays does that mean they are not on the Segway for the hour?

Hi Angela, we have different vouchers for Segway experiences, the weekend Segway for £29.50 per person you get to experience your own Segway for the full hour and you complete all three Segway courses it’s so much fun we do offer the same experience mid week for £20 per person where you also have your own Segway for the full hour I hope this helps we look forward to seeing you soon.
