We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This was a cool cave, in a beautiful area, with extremely friendly guides. The cave is very active, with water dripping everywhere, and an underground river flowing through the cave (though you can't see most of that), with a beautiful riverside spot outside of the exit where you can relax and feed the fishes. To get there, you take a short mototaxi ride from Nueva Cajamarca, then take a walk through the jungle, along a river that flows out of the cave, then take a 45-minute cave tour. They're going to be expanding this tour later in the year, to make it more of an adventure tour experience, which sounds pretty cool. As it is, though, this is a great stop if you're in the area!

Stop in the village to get equipment and pay local fee (another fee is payed when entering the cave), local guides were OK and even our little children 5 years old liked it without any problem. A nice place to visit, but they would still need to enhance accessibility somewhat in the cave.
