I've stopped here a few times on the way down the coast. The coastal drive is spectacular, sandwiched between the hills and the beach. I remember seeing the footage of the Hobart being scuttled and the anchor points in its direction, but it would be...More

Ocean front view between the cliffs & the coastline. Nice history / memorial. Worth a stopover on your way through this region.

Disappointed by the fact that on information to the location of the Hobart, it is just a memorial to a great ship.

Nothing too exciting, but pretty views and an interesting piece of history. Since, it's right on the main road, worth a quick stop to stretch the legs and enjoy the serenity.

A great lookout, informative plaque that explains the significance of this memorial. You can also take a walk down the unpaved path down to the beach.
