Nice little falls, but nothing to go out of your way for. Short, flat walk from the carpark to the base of the falls, but then you need to rock-hop over the stream to get a good view. Nice little picnic area at the carpark....More

The water fall is nice, it is not all that spectacular when compared to some other waterfalls in Australia. In respect, the journey out to the waterfall has more to offer as you travel pass grazing farmland and forest over a gravel road to the...More

A very nice short bush walk to this delightful spot, good trees to hide from the heat, and happens to be just next to ancestors land for me, so very cool.

Nice spot to go for a walk to the falls, winter time is much nicer as the falls have a lot more water coming down. Try going on a “normal weekend” as they would be a lot less people than peak holiday times.

Wonderful location, wish we brought a picnic lunch. I didn't expect the long dirt road that you drive in on but was pleasantly surprised on arrival. From the arrival of a huge amount of butterflies that greet you when you start the walk, to walking...More

Rebecca, whilst swimming IS permitted and there IS a small rockpool at the base of the falls, it is another question as to whether there is sufficient water to actually swim. You may be able to get wet and cool off, but you... More

I wasn't doing the driving and we were taking our time, but it probably took 20 mins - half an hour.

I would think yes as long as it is kept on the lead. There is plenty of wildlife around at times including roos and deer so it may want to follow a scent and the hills can be quite step to chase a dog through.
