I do a lot of travel throughout the Caribbean and had a lot of plans this Spring and Summer. Though our travel plans were canceled (due to Covid-19), West Bay Tours was excellent to work with and I will certainly book with them in the future. I worked with Avi throughout the booking process. He was very professional and I appreciated the complimentary transfers to/from the catamaran from the cruise ship for our group of 20. Unfortunately, we did have to cancel since our cruise was cancelled. I contacted Avi and he immediately refunded my card. Immediately. Thank you to West Bay for making the whole process smooth. Unfortunately, we were unable to take our planned catamaran trip due to the virus. However, scheduling the trip with the company was easy and affordable. Upon having to cancel, West Bay could not have been more understanding. They responded to my refund request in a timely fashion and our money was credited in the time frame they specified. Hope to be able to use their services in the future.…

My wife and I had no expectation of a refund on our non refundable tour deposit but the company reached out on their own and gave us one anyway even though I'm pretty certain their business was being decimated by cancellations due to travel restrictions. The level of honesty and integrity and customer first concern displayed by Wesr Bay Tours is the gold standard.…

With heavy heart we were forced to cancel our scheduled spring break excursion with West Bay Tours after Coronavirus concerns. I contacted this business on Friday late afternoon to request reimbursement and by Monday morning their tour manager Avi D’Souza had contacted me indicating I would receive a full refund. Right from the start, West Bay tours was great to work with. They gave me all of the information needed about the trip, including time it took to get to the pier, as well as offering different pick up times, and options for snorkeling in various locations. Booking process was a breeze. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip due to the coronavirus, and Av'i from West Bay was very helpful in quickly getting this done and refunding my deposit in full. We will not hesitate to use West Bay Tours in the future - hopefully sooner than later. Go away Covid-19!…
