My wife and went on the round the Island tour on our last visit to Roatan. We have been coming to the lovely Island for 10 years staying mostly in West Bay for the beach and offshore snorkling. The boat tour started at the wharf in front of Infinity Bay resort at 9:30. There were 10 clients and the boat... More

Booked this ahead on Shore Excursioneer as a full day snorkel and private beach excursion. Boat group was 12-24 depending on that day....as it turned out just the 3 of us showed so we had a huge private boat excursion! Captain Brian was fabulous taking us to multiple sites to snorkel and guided us in the water to all the... More

We went with Ray again on this adventure and had a wonderful time. We were picked up on time, the food (especially the lobster and steak) was wonderful and as an added surprise Ray was our snorkel leader. We met many great people that day, ate well and were treated great by Ray and his staff. The color of the... More

Didn't want it to end and definitely can't wait to go back. Booked it through their Facebook page and Kendra was the best, answered all my questions quickly. Rates were comparable to the cruise line tours but I'm the type to escape the crowd. Our driver Gerrilee met us as we disembarked the ship and filled us in on the... More

My wife and I met Ray on the beach and bit on the sales pitch after some questioning on the price of $180 per person. We had done some research prior to our trip and knew we wanted to see Cayos Cuchinos, so we booked that trip. We've done several boat trips -- Kauai, Santorini, Maldives, Amalfi Coast -- they... Our party of 6 went out for the day and it could not have been better! They were informative, helpful, and more importantly prepared to show everyone a great time. I highly recommend the full day excursion to Pigeon Kay with the snorkeling stops on the way, you will not be disappointed!

The nine of us (6 adults, 3 kids) chartered two tours on one of their 40" boats. We all just fit. For the first tour, we circumnavigated Roatan with 3 stops for snorkeling, including snorkeling a wreck, appetizers at a resort's beach, and a lobster lunch on Pigeon Cay (the highlight). The second tour we headed to Utilla to seek... More

We met Ray on the beach outside Infinity Bay Resort. We told him we had a group of 9, asked if we could rent boat from him for the day with just our group. He did explain we would have to pay for 12 people - we were willing. Next day when finalizing booking, he told us his wife said... More

Well, I have to say that I had to make sure my experience with Bay Island Adventures was the same as the other review! Sadly it is! A trip booked with Ray to see Whale Sharks was a scary trip from HELL! 1. Ray neglected to inform me that 15% tax would be tacked on to our bill 2. The... More
