Producing fresh handmade chocolates, novelty figures and a mouthwatering selection of chocolate bars in our small factory in the heart of Hutton Le Hole. We have a range of Diabetic chocolates and ALL our products are Gluten free. Come and watch the chocolates being made while you decide what to treat yourself to!

We were impressed by the Chocolate Factory but we were disappointed that, during our visit, it was the only shop open in the Workshops.
Having said that, the chocolate was very tasty and creative and we went away with several gifts for people. It was fairly quiet when we visited but it might be a bit cramped at busy times.

This is a small shop with a chocolate workshop at the back. That said, it smells divine, you can see the chocolate being made and they have a lovely range of chocolates. They have posh individual chocolates (approx £6 for 9), big bars that were a couple of pounds and chocolate figures that were about £8.
The people in there were very friendly too.

A chocolate factory - what's not to like! Great staff, very friendly and a good selection of chocolates that were really good quality. I chose a mixed selection (weirdly seemed to end up being alcohol based ones) - can highly recommend the Amaretto Truffle and Cherry Brandy Truffle! Would buy from there again without a doubt. Did I mention that the chocolates were amazing....

We went to Chocolate factory shop & Gareth is such a lovely guy. Me being me asked do you have samples of your chocolate. Without a word being said he produces a block of little chocolate bars. My friend Lesley and myself Gill tried it, it was yummy!!
So of course we brought a fair few different types of flavours.

We visited during a driving tour of the North Yorkshire Moors.
What a fabulous little shop in the midst of an idyllic village.
So much chocolate on show in the shop and more being made in the little workshop behind the counter.
We were smitten with the free samples and came away with a carrier bag full of artisan chocolates.
Very friendly and welcoming owner.
Not many shops can boast a location as pretty as this one.

Visited a few times whilst in the area on holiday over the years. Had given up on chocolate as the well known brand (beginning with a C ) has tasted awful recently. This chocolate however is divine and I was so pleased to discover I could order online as I live in Cheshire. The Turkish delight block is my favourite .

We came throw the shop door and a wow smell of chocolate, we had a walk around the shop and bought box of chocolates.
The two staff where very helpful and friendly.
Will return next time I'm around the area.

My wife andI had a lovely day out in North Yorkshire. On the way to Whitby we called in Hutton Le Hole and found this lovely craft shop specialising in hand made chocolate. The proprietor was very friendly and informative. The dark chocolate was the best we have ever tasted. Thank you.

We were bought chocolates from here...they were lovely. The chocolate shop is situated in a small group of craft shops in this lovely village of Hutton-le-hole. In the craft area we were kindly given a demonstration of felting..an interesting process we had not seen before.

Lovely village. No problem with the chocolate but disappointed to see plastic bags in use. Do the company intend to phase these out and do their bit, as have many other smaller operations such as this?
