This is a very informal and free nature path right next to the beach. There are some old Civil War bunkers which are interesting to see. A nice picnic area with interesting plant life around. Very nice for a leisurely walk of about 1-2 hours.

A super reserve with a wide variety of habitat.A good site for With Headed Duck,Stone Curlew and migrants at the right time. Walks can be short or long. Picnic area can be busy at weekends
