We went in the morning, the staff was really helpful. They have well mapped trails and they provide information on current wildlife sittings before you go out. Overall a really great experience!

You can hike here and get an amazing view of the gulf of Nicoya! They have a hammock garden for relaxing and a waterfall that you can hike to. Saw loads of leaf cutter ants, butterflies, birds, and plants.
