This is an amazing spa resort.

The resort looks like a swimming pool with mineral water from the mountains, you could say.

The spa can be done indoors or outdoors.

We have rented the chalet for a week end multiple times. For a relaxed, peaceful escapade this is our go-to place.

The food selection is average but this is not what we came here for.

I have been to Leukerbad before so I was expecting the thermal baths here to be similarly hot but honestly my home shower is hotter than the water in the pools of this thermal park. The water was quite cold. The only saving grace was one pool outside which was actually hot and the sauna. It isn't really tourist friendly either that the restaurant is only open from 12-2pm, requires prior reservation and has limited seating and the food is average, while the snack bar which is open until the evening has limited options for eating.I don't think I'll visit here again if I want to go to a thermal bath.

I have never swum in an outdoor pool, in naturally hot mineral-rich geothermal water (34 degrees) before. To do so in the stunning surroundings of a Swiss Alpine valley, spring flowers bursting from their buds, cows' bells softly ringing in the pastures, dramatic snow-covered alpine peaks set against the sun and vivid blue sky, was just the nearest thing to Heaven! There also an indoor pool with the same water and all-glass surrounds so you don't feel enclosed, an outdoor hot jacuzzi, and a naturally cool 'river' for a contrasting experience. Bliss! Everything is so clean, including the Hammam (steam room) etc, yet homely and practical. My hair & skin felt softer & healthier after the experience, so I don't think the beneficial mineral properties of the water is a myth!
Nice cafe too. 25CHF may seem steep, but you can stay all day if you want, and the Senior rate is 21CHF too.

The entrance is 25 FR Suisse per person for the whole day. The sanitary have been completely renovated and are really well organized.
The temperature inside is perfect to have a nap between sauna and jacuzzi. The outside is nice as well. A must try experience is to walk in the small river (21 degrees). The water is thermal and it should help to solve bones troubles, as well as breathing.
We had a great day at this place and recommend it in case you are looking for a place to take care of yourself

My husband and I wanted to spend an afternoon here today but had to leave after about 45 minutes.
The pools were overrun by children. There wasn’t anywhere we weren’t being splashed, kicked, spat at, or was free from shrieking.
We thought it would be a relaxing spa experience, but it was horrendous.
If you don’t have any children in your party then it is not worth visiting.
Seems like a great place for children to run wild and let off steam but apart from that there is nothing good to say about these pools.
The river in particular was filthy, full of leaves and in desperate need of a repaint.
A trip to ones local leisure centre or a lido a Saturday morning would be far more pleasant. There were two very large school parties and although we could see a couple of staff members outside they didn’t care about the tens of children completely taking over. There were a few signs with rules but they were not adhered to. We saw 3 or 4 GoPro video cameras in use and we didn’t want to be filmed by obnoxious children.
The “spa” would benefit from an adult to child ratio to make it more enjoyable for all.
Also we weren’t made aware towels weren’t included in the 25 franc price tag, nor we were offered any to hire so getting dry was a problem.

The place is beautiful and clean, with different pools and great sauna/hammam installations. The restaurant and the snack bar are super convenient, and the staff is great in both of them.

The only down side was that while we were looking forward to a weekend of relaxation, the place was quite crowded both with adults and also children.

Just returned from another extended stay with the family and I haven't changed my opinion : This is still the best spa resort in the region. Best location. Best installation(s) with the best hygiene. Best accommodations. Best service from the best staff (especially Lusinne and Laurette on reception and Stefanie in the restaurant). Best food. Best price. Best everything !

I’ve visited this place three times this year and I absolutely love it. It is such a haven of peace and tranquility. The pools are warm and clean and the water from the mountains is refreshing and calming, and great to enjoy before a relaxing spa day. The sauna and the steam room are really good too and the other facilities including the changing rooms are super clean and well maintained. There is a well stocked and reasonably priced cafe serving snacks , ice creams and drinks, so you can have a really enjoyable day with all your needs catered for. The staff are super friendly and a day pass is good value for money. I would definitely return again and recommend this for a relaxing day out.
