Right off the Plaza de Armas is this feature of the town's architecture. It is free of course to enter and the decor inside, while somewhat busy is a wonder to view.

Iglesia Inmaculada Concepcion is an average church compared with others we came across in Chile, but it is nice nonetheless. The external and internal architectural design are nice.

Loved being able to view the interior of this wonderful old Church. It has the standard 'chapels ' on either side of the central Nave. The Ceiling is absolutely beautiful.

Do pop in when visiting Vicunia's town center. It is located near the quaint Torre Bauer overlooking the Plaza de Armas.

Considering how tiny the town is, a surprisingly impressive barrel vaulted church. The church is closed most of the time, though.

This handsome old church in Vicuña's Plaza de Armas is definitely not the best maintained church. When you walk in you notice itss patchy ceiling frescos and creaky wooden floors, but that's part of the charm. The sweet smell of wood also makes the expansive...More
