Our French Style nougat is the ultimate more-ish treat. Hand made using our family recipe, our nougat comes is a range of flavours from traditional Cranberry & Pistachio, to Honey & Toasted Almond, to Rum & Raisin, as well as our decadent chocolate coated range. As a family we have been making nougat for many years. We look forward to seeing you and sharing this wonderful treat of treats with you.

I would not have known Bettanys had i not read the south west brochure. It is located at close proximity with providore and the chocolate factory. The compound has a lake with chairs and picnic tables around perfect for enjoying wine and nougat. The nougat blocks go for $14.95. I highly recommend these for gifts of local produce. My favourite... More

I went to Bettenays on Easter Sunday. The surrounding area is beautiful. There is a little lake outside that creates a very serene environment. I could have easily stayed a lot longer. The staff members I met were very friendly and knowledgeable about the wine and the nougat. I'm not a nougat eater myself, so had to rely on their... More

My wife and I were driving by and decided to pop in. Although busy with a larger tour, the staff acknowledged us, made us feel welcome and we had a great laugh with them. We chatted much longer than the tasting, the owner has a particularly wicked irrelevant sense of humour! The range of nougat is incredible and very delicious.... More

This was my first time to Bettenay's but it won't be my last. The nougats were delicious. Made traditionally like the French using honey instead of sugar, so not as sweet as usual. There were 34 different flavours to choose from. The hardest job was deciding which ones to buy.

We are told all the nougats are freshly made. We tried different flavor of the nougats and ended up we bought some of them. Besides, they also sell wines. We didn't taste the wine as this is not their specialty. There is a display machine and show how the nougat was made. The shop is unique in design and we... More

The 'gentleman' behind the counter was extremely rude and arrogant! Would never in a million years recommend this place theirs so many other nice places with welcoming staff to visit, please don't waste any of your time at Bettenay's. And blaming Australian humour is just ridiculous. Bettenay's should be welcoming to all cultures and that means being respectful to all.... More

Wow, the nougat is just superb. We came back with five different slabs and even our daughters all loved it. We also picked a few bottles of nougat based liqueurs which go really well over ice cream ....

The nougat is exceptional with many wonderful flavours. The wines are also of a very high standard. What makes it stand out is the staff, so very warm and welcoming.

Amazing range of nougat and liqueur. I don't usually like nougat, however in this case I make an exception. It was delicious and fresh. My husband tasted the liqueur and was enthralled. We have visited many nougat outlets and always left empty handed - in this case we made an exception and spent money where we were sure we would... More
