I loved the variety here....good coffee, fresh food and lovely artwork. Definitely worth a visit. The building itself is gorgeous on the inside.

What an awesome little community hub.

Stopped in for some groceries, had a coffee and a muffin in the cafe. Was totally impressed with the little grocery store (local meats, local produce in season, and breads plus some of the essentials, not to mention a garlic section that's like a library soooo cool) and the amazing artisan market upstairs. It's a little out of town (Meaford) but totally worth the trip if you want local and something different than the usual generic stuff available everywhere.

The Barn is an interesting location
Sep 2017
The Barn in Meaford has a lot to offer...fresh produce, tasty baked goods and bread, and a Cafe on the second floor. The Cafe serves good soup and healthy sandwiches, as well as teas and coffees and desserts. It is situated on the second floor and offers a peaceful atmosphere, especially if you like barns. If you are heading to Meaford, and making the left turn into the Barn, be careful because the passing lanes can be confusing. This is not a place for children, as they would get bored too fast.

What a gem!

We've been here before and I can't remember if I left a review here for it. If I did, it deserves a second great review! So warm and welcoming with a cute organic and sustainable fruit and veggie market downstairs. Upstairs is where the magic is! Freshly homemade soup waiting for us with a selection of vegan Buddha bowls to indulge in! Fantastic artisan market spread throughout the whimsical yet earthy decor. Great place to rest, ponder or catch up on a little work without interruption. Love this place!

great seminars every two weeks

I recently investigated the Barn and was pleased to see the extension to the third floor. It was quite busy as they were doing a talk on medical alternatives and it was great to see so many people interested in this. The food is moderately expensive but you pay to eat well. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Please be mindful of parking, to not park on neighboring grass behind the Barn.

Stop in for A Unique Experience

While staying in the area we stopped in to poke around The Barn. What an experience! Three floors to delight any traveller. From fresh local organic produce to homemade breads and other goodies. You can enjoy a fresh coffee or full lunch on the 2nd floor. Be sure browse the unique gift items from local artisans. Lovely grounds and very friendly folks to answer any questions.

Amazing place

If you have never visited The Barn, you really should.

I have been here a couple of times, it is great! The food is amazing, and they have tons of items for sale.

Recently, we rented it out for my parents anniversary party. The price was great!!! We added a food package as well, and I can't even begin to express how amazing everything was. Laura did such an amazing job with all the food. We sent her items we wanted, and she made it all happen. There was more than enough food, and again...everything was just amazing. I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to host a party! Thank you for such a great night. The staff were all so .... AMAZING!!! This is the only word that a can describe it as.
