On a Monday night the restaurant area was quiet but still welcoming. Food didnt take long to arrive. On a fairly regular basis The Boot Inn has a themed evening. Last night it was Game - on the menu, amongst other things, rabbit, pheasant, venison and pigeon. We walked to this pub from Lyepole Bridge and it became clear fairly soon into our walk that we would not get to the pub in time to order food.
