Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Took a walk round in summer and thoroughly enjoyed the lay out and the variety of plants.
In summer me and my friend particularly enjoyed the eucryphia plant that was swarming with bees.
We went back in October and there were still some flowers on it.
Loads of wonderful autumnal colours on the variety of trees

I've been here a few times but on this occasion I went to see Macbeth. The staff are welcoming, the drink prices are reasonable and the shows I've seen so far were good.

Small, well kept park which is ideal for couples, children and dogs.

Ideal for picnics or for a pleasant walk.

The people are nice. The bells are nice. It was such fun to ring the bells there tonight, but it’s all about enjoying the ringing with such supportive people. Thanks so much x

I use the cafe most weeks .Sometimes solo and sometimes to meet friends or family .
I am greeted with a warm welcome from all staff .
Who go that extra bit to help
... either to find you a table to meet your needs .Having mental health challenges..l can always find a space that's comfortable for me .
I have to say the food is excellent too .
Plus l don't find the space too loud ....something l personally struggle with

Beautiful peaceful spot to wander around at lunchtime. some well placed benches to eat your lunch on. Some very evocative graves, especially from both world wars. Moved especially by the parents who lost both sons in 1916. Well maintained grounds, often with staff working around while I've been visiting. Well worth a peaceful hour.

Took my 2 year old grandson in the small pool for toddler swimming. He loved it but unfortunately I found that the pool looked very dirty. I found my knees (not deep small pool) slip on the murky floor of the pool. The grouting was black. The sides were dirty. I've emailed them asking if they could clean it. Babies and toddlers are using it. There must be lots of bacteria. It's a shame as the toddlers love splashing about. Just needs a good clean.
