Unlike the €9 observation tower at St. Peter spire in Riga, this viewpoint offers panoramic views of one of Europe’s oldest medieval cities. Tallinn sits atop a limestone escarpment that overlooks the sea.

Views The top of the tower provides an excellent vantage point with delightful views over the city - the old town, new town and the port can all be seen.
The climb to the top of the tower is a bit treacherous- some steps are high and spaces tight- but the view is well worth it and this combined with the pub underneath were our favorite stops in Talinn.
