Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is a beautiful beach. Very family friendly. As it’s a bit away from the town it seemed to us to keep it quieter which was great. Lovely sand. Clean. And dogs are allowed on before 10am and after 6pm which was perfect for us.

Absolutely worth it but not for the faint hearted. It’s very steep in parts and goes up and down as you go along. But so many places to stop and admire the incredible views.

Booked a half a spa morning here and it was lovely. Breakfast was great, restaurant is very stylish and modern. We were given robes, towels and slippers which were comfy. Massages were really great, not sure of the lady who did them but she was very nice!
My only issue was it was quite expensive, I’ve been to other spa days with a similar package and more facilities for cheaper but I’d still come back and maybe do things separately.

The new lido looks fab though!

My daughter and I were holidaying in Carbis Bay and decided to treat ourselves to a two hour treatment to include head and full body massages.
Janet and Kirsten are two lovely ladies and the experience was amazing. Janet's husband even looked after our dog for us to relax and thoroughly enjoy the experience.
