Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had my sons birthday party here at the weekend, and all of the boys and girls who attended had a whale of a time. 2 solid hours of playing small sided football games, primarily Panna and foot tennis. All loved it. The support staff/organisers were excellent, and really helpful with providing basic things like jugs and a knife for the cake. Very good value for what we paid too, I would expect a number of the attendees to be asking their parents to have their parties at this place too. The building is brand new with really good facilities, but alas has no onsite cafe or anything, so if you want a coffee you have to go out and buy one locally - no big deal but definitely worth addressing in future. Very close to lots of other restaurants, so organising food for the party is straight forward. KickX recommend Papa Johns, which is very close by and reasonably priced, so we went with this and they were delivered on time. The only slightly annoying bit was the staff hanging around after the kids had eaten, clearly trying to get their hands on the left over pizza!! Gave them some in the end which is fair and fine by me, they earned it - just dont be so obvious in hinting for it!. My son says he had his best ever birthday party here so we will definitely be back, and would recommend this place to have a party to anyone that will listen!

This church is friendly, welcoming and believes in Jesus and the power of The Holy Spirit for healing. A great resource to the community.

On The Wey Navigation New Hall lock is in a pretty setting and one can watch the occasional canal bot pass through it. A good stopping point when walking along this section of the river

We were really disappointed by our family trip to the Pumpkin Festival this morning. We spent £56 on tickets for 2 adults and 2 children and our session was 2.5 hours long. However there wasn’t really much to do there - a few old fashioned games, the ‘maze’ took about 2 minutes to complete, the obstacle course about 1 minute. Fairground rides were an extra cost. You could carve a pumpkin but you had to buy that on top of your ticket.
I don’t know if they do other events but we were all done after 45 minutes so extremely poor value.

Fun and enjoyable place just a very long 2 hr wait to play . Which obviously isn’t fun at a lol .
Really think they should use a booking service people don’t have to wait that long

First outing of the Building Alliance Golf Society since lockdown and enjoyed by all. Always feel really welcome and despite having to eat outside, the food and service were excellent.

The best facials ever by Linda. She’s a lifesaver with my skin. Been going to her for a year now including before and after my wedding which she made sure my skin was ready for and looking good. I have very stubborn acne and she completely gets it and knows how to work with it. Thank you Linda!

Recently we have walked to the Waggon and Horses early Friday evenings and found it to be a relaxed and friendly pub that, at present serves a good selection of pizzas. It is located off the beaten track and has a nice outside front terrace and also a back area for sitting outside. It is well run and is trying to adhere to the social distancing guidelines although some visitors tend to ignore the 'In the Front Door' and 'Out the Back Door'. The pub inside is clean and tidy and has seating arranged so social distancing can be applied.

I occasionally use this bar after work and it always has a nice buzz to it. The bar staff are friendly and the Nepalese guy in the kitchen does some very tasty food.
