Great scenery, safe beach for families and a lovely place to chill.
The road is narrow but worth the drive, there is car parking and a long sandy beach with rocks which make great rock pooling for the children.

Fabulous ferry service lovely views plus the children loved going on the ferry which always adds nice memories to their holidays plus the ferry was very convenient visiting Donegal and the Inishowen Peninsula .
Excellent for kids with a real chance of seeing seals and maybe other marine life too.

The kids loved the planetarium and we all enjoyed the small but informative museum.
Visited with my daughter and grand children and enjoyed touring around the museum and the show in the planetarium was excellent.

Beautiful beach in the lovely fishing village of Culdaff with lovely clean sand and is perfect for walks along the shoreline as well as spending time on the beach with friends and family.
If your in inishowen Culdaff Beech is a small piece of Heaven, golden sands kids play area , great for the early morning or late evening walk to appreciate the splendour of nature , one of my favourite places

This jem is a sort distance from Greencastle, there is also a great beach close by safe enough with kids when the Life Guard is there
We pack a picnic during summer and go for the day, during winter we'll walk up with our wellies on and 'fish' with the children.
