Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This tour was one of the best tours I've ever been on, Patrick the tour guide made the tour ever more special, you can really feel his passion for his home country and the job he does, I can assure you he deserves a pay rise.

The tour itself to the sites was phenomenal the giants causeway was out of this world, there is a shuttle bus that goes down to it and back so you don't have to do the walk, and also if you are staying at a backpackers and thinking of booking this tour maybe check to book it through then as you may get picked up from the place you are staying at.

Also it's worth paying that little extra for the premium seats if you are debating doing it or not, you definitely should. I got to sit up front with panoramic views.

    Thankyou.

I would give this experience 10 stars if I could. I booked a girly trip for 5 of us including 2 pensioners and from the minute we set off to our return we had the most brilliant time. We enjoyed every second and Patrick our driver / guide was fantastic. He had a great sense of humour and his knowledge of the area and history was second to none. He went out of his way to be helpful and ensure we had an easy stress free day making sure we access to loos and our lunch was pre booked and ready for us when we stopped at the pub. All in all a FANTASTIC day and one I will never forget. Thank you!

This trip was such good value for money . Coach driver Stewart had so much local knowledge. Lots of interesting stops and weather perfect at the Causeway .
It was nice to stop at hedges hotel for lunch and look at the remaining trees at Dark hedges.

You get to see a massive amount with this view. So many of the biggest and most popular locations from the series are in this single tour. This tour also shows a lot of beautifully scenic cliff and ocean views, game of thrones fan or not you get some wonderful pictures and an amazing experience out of this. I love that whenever you go to a new location the tour guide will show you the scene from the movie so you can fully picture it and see how much has changed. My tour guide, Richard was also a delight he was very fun, charismatic and best of all had actually experienced the set of game of thrones. He could give you a massive amount of insight both on the filming of the show, his experiences and what it was really like to act on it. Richard also has a great knowledge of filming locations from the show and gave us lots of advice on where we could go next. My only minor issue with this tour is I feel it is slightly too pricey, but with just how much you get to see, all the photo opportunities and amazing scenery, the amazing tour guide with amazing stories and expertise and the fact you get to wield real prop swords from the show. It definitely manages to match the value decently well.

This is an incredible tour. As well as seeing loads of locations from Game of Thrones you benefit from the wealth of experience Richard had on the actual set as well as the 1000s of stories he has learnt from other extras and the hundreds of fans he has met. It may seem expensive but being in a small group means you see every detail, have every question answered and have an even more incredible time. You also get to wear capes and hold swords.. what more do you want ?!?

This is a great tour, visiting lots of places en route to The Giant's Causeway including some that featured in Game of Thrones. The on board commentary from Liza was really informative and we learned so much. The Antrim coast is stunning. Unless you're a member of National Trust, you have to pay over £13 to enter the visitor experience and with not much else there to visit the only option for a brew and snack is the hotel opposite (or spend more time on the Causeway). Thoroughly enjoyed it and it's a great way to get a taste of what Northern Ireland has to offer.

My wife and I have done GoT tours in other parts of the world, but NONE compare to our day with Flip. In the beginning I was worried he would become annoyed with my nerd level questions, but much to our surprise, Flip was dialed in with his excitement of the show and the area. Our group was small (3 people, me, my wife and my friend Todd). We went places the "big tours" could not. Saw things they would never get to and had the time of our lives! Flip would drive us to a location, pull out the iPad, show us a scene from the show and it would actual location would be right in front of our eyes! The trees were the same, the rocks were the same and you felt like you were in the show (without the death and ale and nudity). My wife and I had the opportunity to wear real show used jewelry (Queen of the North crown and Hand of the King pin). Ultimately the best part was spending the day with Flip. He is a gem of a fella and I would spend the day with him anywhere in the world if the opportunity ever arrises. Flip was the "secret sauce" of our experience and we hated to see it end. If you're thinking about doing a GoT tour in Northern Ireland, this tour with Flip is a no brainer. Cheers!

The views were amazing and we had lots of stops to take pictures and toilet breaks. The tour was to the Giant Causeway and Games of Thrones, The driver who was also the guide (Stuart) was amazing. So funny, helpful and patient with us 3 elderly disabled ladies.

What an amazing day out with a great tour guide we went on the iron islands tour

We were not disappointed for January the weather was excellent from the start the views at Ballygally down to the sea were spectacular then the game of thrones doors the stop in Glenarm to try on some jewellery at Steensons the harbour at Carnlough the scenery of the north coast is beautiful we went to caves, beaches, cliffs and The dark hedges I won’t spoil it with all the details but well worth it especially if your a fan of GOT

Adrian has all the clips from the show for the areas we visited so you really get into the tour and the day flew in with us getting the luxuries of the fully kitted Land Rover discovery with tv screens for each of us and full surround sound for the clips and great comfort for some rural roads couldn’t ask for better

    Highly recommend

The service was excellent. Marty provided that classic ceid mile failte welcome that you just get anywhere other than Ireland. The service was top class. It worked out cheaper than renting a car and let me take a few pints in some nice spots along the way. An mhaith!

We were bought the tour as a a wedding present and as avid game of thrones fans, we were very excited to go and see more of the filming locations & more of beautiful Ireland. Our tour guide Stuart did not disappoint! He was so knowledgeable and made the tour what it was. He had a great sense of humour and was always on hand to help. We also made friends with two other couples on the tour which was great, and they too felt it was an amazing experience. Can not recommend this tour enough to anyone looking to experience more of beautiful Northern Ireland whilst staying in Belfast.

Seeing Northern Ireland with Billy as our driver was an amazing experience. We enjoyed walking around the Giants causeway and seeing how the lava formed as a cooled. He took us to a local pub where the food was very good and they had Guinness on draft. He showed his sights in Belfast that were amazing and took us to a shopping store downtown for buying souvenirs. This tour is highly recommended

This was an excellent way to see Northern Ireland. We were able to stop at many places and since we were the only ones, could spend the amount of time we wanted at each location. Murat was friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and quite entertaining in his descriptions. His love for Ireland was obvious and contagious. The locations we visited were breathtaking! Highly recommend this company and tour...even if you are not a Game of Thrones enthusiast!

We had an amazing day with Nigel. We stopped by Belfast on a cruise and wanted to get as many as the sights in as possible in a day. Nigel did a great job of getting us everywhere in a timely manner and telling us about his country as we went. He made sure we had enough time to enjoy each stop but kept us on schedule for trying to see all the we had prioritized. We did Ballintoy Harbor , Dark Hedges, Giants Causeway, Carrick a Rede bridge, many overlooks and time for a tour at Bushmills with amazing lunch in town and back to our ship in time. I would highly recommend this over large group tours.
