Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Allie G7 contributionsVisited early on Sunday morning and received a very warm welcome from the shop owners, who were happy to guide me around this treasure trove emporium and wander at my leisure. All the trinkets were beautifully organised and easy to peruse, from jewellery, to tea sets, to nick knacks to stylish pieces, photo memorabilia, alongside vintage and fancy dress clothes galore. Prices range from a pound so there will definitely be something to buy for every purse. Cash was welcomed.Written 6 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Pam2706United Kingdom198 contributionsNice place to sit and take in the sea views. Clean and tidy. Plenty of seating. No catering on the square but there are shops a short walk away.Written 17 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Debbie P1 contributionHuge variety of stock, many chandeliers, different styles of art work, industrial ceiling lights. Absolutely loved wandering around. Our dog was allowed in too. Definitely would visit again!Written 12 July 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- SergioR1Eastbourne, UK877 contributionsLarge country park developed after the building of a new road between Bexhill and Hastings. Lots of opportunities for picking blackberries and to see some wildlife like bees, butterflies and birds. We passed by a lake with two people fishing. It’s a shame there was some rubbish left by the shore. Some earth was also piled up and needed landscaping. We went up a hill and passed by a water treatment plant. The smell around that area wasn’t nice but we were rewarded with nice vistas and open fields after a little while. It might be an idea to have a hide in the future for birdwatching near the water.Written 14 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - badmintontimHastings, UK4,531 contributionsWe have visited here during the lockdown period for exercise and it is still a pleasant place to walk that is fairly clean and tidy - still hoping that they will refurbish the sculpture though as that would be the icing on the cake.Written 30 January 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Tourist7918723 contributionsMy partner and I visited Christ Church, St Leonard's yesterday morning for Parish Mass. What a wonderful welcome and experience the people are so welcoming and friendly, Fr Thomas is such a lovely priest so kind. I myself haven't experienced such a great place (apart from my own church. )
The Church is of Anglo Catholic tradition well kept church also it's warm too!
We look forward to revisiting this wonderful church in the near future.Written 4 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Both journeys with good drivers who were most helpful with all the necessary aids we have to travel with. Will definitely be using Premier again.Written 9 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
