We visited the gardens last Wednesday. Our guides Conor and Dan were both courteous and knowledgeable. The garden looked splendid . Then we sat and listened to the traditional music group. A great day was had by all.

Gem of a museum, hard to believe how much history is crammed into this tiny tiny building. Our guide was amazing, with encyclopedic knowledge of the area and Irish history in general.

    Don't miss it!

Coppenagh House Farm shop is a hidden gem! There are so many unique Irish-made products, including their very own Waygu beef and Ballybar embroidered clothing.

If you want a peaceful spot to drink some coffee with highland cows, their "Cows & Coffee" stand is the perfect spot!

Unfortunately I didn't get to visit this dolmen as there was no place to park and only access is across private land. As this is such an important part of local history it really should be accessible.

Great experience and well worth the money, the staff looked after us from start to finish. Chocolate making is great fun and the afternoon tea was lovely, couldn’t recommend enough, we are all in our 30s from Dublin :)

Fab from beginning to end, it's deffo worth a trip to see Santa.
When we arrived in plenty of time we let the kids go on some of the funfare rides while we were waiting for the train too. Everybody is so friendly. We got he train thru the woods to the big tent for the show kids really enjoyed this part with all the Christmas songs and dancing. It was well done out. Then prezzie for every kid at the end. Then a lil walk around to see santa - this was where we had a little wait it wasn't too bad but one santa, he was easy Going an funny an the kids got a laugh out of him.
Then back on the train again am we got our sleigh photo at the end.
I'm glad we went in November id say as you get into December i can imagine there would be alot more bigger queues. But we were very comfortable. Wrap up warm an enjoy the visit. Thank you to all the jolly staff at rathwood. We will come back

We went to go to this on Thursday last but it’s no longer open. Just thought I’d leave this review to save someone a trip!

Went here in March for birthday meal and have to say they have gone backwards with food quality. I've been here loads of times previously and it's 4/5 but recently down to 3 at all push. It was large group and the majority of food was poor and over done and don't even mention chicken wings they were nearly black and that's not the supposed seasoning. Please bring back your previous standards

Had a spa day with my sister and have to say my experience was fabulous from start to finish we were greeted at reception and bought to our locker room and shown around by a staff member Yvonne she was very helpful and told us all about the different parts we could use in the spa , I then had a facial with Tara it was so nice and she was great at explaining all about my skin type so relaxing, my sister then had a facial with Megan she said it was so nice relaxing. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely be back.

Visited the Bull McCabes and it was a good find. A bit run down on the outside but don't let that put you off. Good beer, friendly locals and a very good juke box. Will definitely go again next time I'm in Tullow.

Booked myself & my husband in for a full body massage. We were in the area for a few nights in Mount Wolseley (their spa is very overpriced for treatments, €110 for a 1 hour massage).

I had a massage 1st & then my husband as it was a Monday so only one therapist was in.

I can’t remember the name of the therapist but the massage was 1st rate. She really focused on my areas of concern & the oil/balm was devine.

The only improvement I can think of to be made would to be to use shoulder & foot bolsters for extra comfort.

Very good value for €65. The therapist deserved & received a tip.
