We have relatively low fitness and I don't have much experience on bikes, so I was nervous, but I loved how we would cycle for just a little while and then pull over and have a chat! It was just right, and you should do this tour, especially at the beginning of your stay. Really gave us a sense of place. She adapted the tour to the interests of our little group, and was able to answer our wide-ranging questions about historical and modern life on the island. We were all in our 50’s, and the biking was not difficult, especially with lots of stops to see things. But we did appreciate the stop to sit in the waterfall!
