Beautiful beach! Nice bar to get food and drinks, but you can bring your own in, too. Get there early! The hours say that it opens at 9:30, but we walked in at 9:40 and there were already NO umbrellas available. There’s plenty of shade back near the trees. There are a ton of bees here, fyi.

Great beach, big, plenty of places to sit $3 for chair, $6 per car. They had plenty of photo spots. But caution it’s coral rocks along the edge so where swim shoes if you have them…but once you get out 4-5 feet mostly sand. Lots of fish to see even in the shallow parts. We brought snacks with us and stayed til closings.

We came on a weekday from about 11am-3pm. There were plenty of chairs and umbrellas still available for $10-15 (I can't remember the exact price). The water is amazingly clear!! AND THE SMOOTHIES!!! There is an unassuming smoothie stand in the parking lot and it was honestly the best smoothie I've ever had in my entire life. It made the day. And the piggies are cute!

Drawbacks: Smokers, have to pay to use the bathroom, heard the other snack bar food was not good.

This is a great day trip simply for the la escape, the shipwrecks and the lighthouse. Plus the beaches are picture perfect… although that ends when you get in the water. There is MUCH better snorkeling on other parts of Curaçao. Nothing much to see here underwater at all. Visibility is poor, coral is dead and just a few fish. Definitely no turtles. But it was nice to lay on the beach in such a beautiful locale. We went with Mermaid Tours and would recommend.

What an interesting little bridge. If you are in Curacao, you really need to go see this bridge. It's picturesque and leads right to the main shopping area of Willemstad. Just make sure you are on the side you desire before they raise it, or you could be stuck for a bit. Unless you want to take a ferry.

This is a truly an amazing experience to have. We did the snorkel with the dolphins, which was like nothing we have ever done before. Being able to swim side by side and dive with them for nearly an hour in addition to the photo ops and touching them was spectacular. Worth every dollar for it!

Beautiful National Park. The beaches, cliffs, the waves and the scenery was breathtaking. You most visit this park on your trip to Curaçao. Worth the drive. There is an entrance fee it is small though.

We went on a Wednesday when a cruise ship was arriving so more of the shops are open. Lots of open air shops with curios, collectibles, and fun tourist items.

This is a very small aquarium, but they have a nice variety of sea life. We did not do any of the animal encounters but enjoyed watching the dolphins and sharks (and the birds that were there to filch the fish). We also enjoyed seeing all of the amazing local fish within the aquarium.

This is a nice, local beach with calm water and absolutely amazing snorkeling. We had some of the best snorkels we've ever had at this beach. From eels to sea slugs, squids, and gorgeous corals, life was abundant along the cliffs. Be aware that the beach is popular for children's swim classes and you're likely to be interrupting a water aerobics class because this is very much not a tourist spot, but it was really nice.

This was the first place we went after we met our wonderful and amazing private tour guide Ralph from Curacao VIP Tours. Ralph was amazing, taking us everywhere interesting and important in his private Chrysler 300 air conditioned taxi!

The museum was so amazing and contains so much history, especially about the slave trade. It is full of artifacts from the past and even has a replica of a slave ship that you can "board". So many things here brought tears to my eyes that mankind behaved this way, and that so much prejudice and ignorance still exists.

Did a short island tour and then stopped here for a few hours for some fun in the sun. The entry fee was only $12.00 per adult which included chairs and there were also plenty of umbrellas, and no restrictions on where you gather. There is a bar with reasonably priced cocktails. The beach has very fine sand with no rocks or shells, so no need for water shoes. The water is very clear and since it's in a small cove, there are no waves breaking, so after the water you can relax in relative peace. I've heard there are nicer beaches on the island, however we really enjoyed this little hideaway.

This tour was incredibly informative. Our guide taught us about the caves themselves as well as the historical events that occurred in them. We saw the bats that occupy the cave, saw the gorgeous formations, and even experienced the dark silence of the inner cave. A great experience!

Monday 18th April and we were driving around this Southwest coast of Curaçao and we stopped to visit this beach. It is close to the village of Sint Willibrordus.

We did not spend a great deal of time here, so the review gives a flavour of the beach that we experienced during our short visit here.

The golden sand beach is situated in a secluded bay which is tucked away and surrounded by cliffs and rocks.

It definitely seemed more suited for locals rather than tourists, it is only accessible by car or motorbike.

When we were there were no sunloungers on the beach. Any thing visitors need for spending time here, needs to be brought with them.

There were large groups gathered under the shade of the trees, along the beach, having picnics

Unlike some lot of other beaches on Curaçao, the was no entrance fee here.
